Mission
Globe Aware, a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) develops short-term volunteer programs in international
environments that encourage people to immerse themselves in a unique way of giving
back.
Project
The problem our organization has encountered is that it is difficult and cumbersome
for our staff and our volunteers to keep track of volunteer’s fundraising efforts.
In its current form, our fundraising process just doesn’t work for our volunteers.
We would like a new web application to streamline the fundraising process and help
increase revenue.
When a user comes to their individual fundraising page they should
be able to check on the status of their fundraising campaign, see who has sponsored
them and in what amount, and read on any special messages made by their donors/supporters.
